Plot: The episode opens with Peter locating his iPad and explaining the marvels of Hulu, before deciding to click on three iconic shows featured on it.
Starting with a spoof of Only Murders in the Building, Mabel (Meg), Oliver (Brian), and Charles (Stewie) witness the murder of their neighbor Tim (Peter). Despite not being professional detectives, they decide to investigate and document their detective work via a podcast. After being recommended by another neighbor (Donna) to investigate Apartment 2B, they meet Jeff (Chris), but decide to ignore the obvious signs of him being the killer. The neighbor gets arrested instead despite her protests while the trio decides to hang out with Jeff, only to get drugged into unconsciousness before he kills them.
Parodying The Dropout, Elizabeth Holmes (Lois) attempts to patent a new device that can identify which Sex and the City character a person is through just one drop of blood. She starts up a new company named "Quizznos" to sell her product, but it is soon taken over by Sunny Balwani (Peter), who begins to steer the company in directions she does not agree with. When the device does not work as intended in time for the pitch to Walgreens, Elizabeth decides to fake its results, though one scientist (Chris) soon outs her as a fraud.
Lampooning The Bear, Carmen Berzatto (Peter) returns to his hometown of Chicago to run his family's Italian beef joint following his brother's suicide. He remodels the place in various ways and prepares to impress a local food critic (Stewie), but the whole sketch is derailed due to only Chris having seen and understood the show.
