At Christmas, Peter Gives the Gift of Stress

Plot: Peter and Lois go to the Swansons for egg nog, and Peter is conscripted to take Joe out with Cleveland and Quagmire to sing Christmas carols and Lois also asks Peter to bring a gift from the car trunk to "Toys for Tots." At home, Lois tells Stewie that he has to be nice because Santa is watching, making Stewie paranoid about Santa's existence and surveillance powers. The next morning, Peter says he dropped all of the gifts at "Toys for Tots." Lois informs him that only one gift was for the Tots, and the rest were for the family.
Peter tries to retrieve the Griffin family's gifts from their trailer park recipients, but is threatened with a rifle and learns that the VCR is being used as a sex machine. Lois is not bothered that they have no family gifts, they'll just go to the mall and get more. Lois asks Brian to watch the turkey in the oven and turn it off later. Peter is annoyed because he wants to watch the "Kiss Saves Santa" Christmas special on TV. The mall is literally a war zone, and Peter fights with an old woman for the last remaining pair of barrettes for Meg. Meanwhile, when Brian goes to turn off the turkey, fire from the fireplace hops to the living room, starting a massive fire. When Brian hears the fire alarm he rushes to Peter's novelty fire extinguisher and makes things worse. After finding the real one, he slides on the foamy floor and crashes under the TV. Back at the mall, Stewie sits on Santa's lap and, in an effort to see if Santa really exists, he asks for plutonium.
The Griffins head home, and despite all the madness, Lois is full of Christmas joy and wonder. The mess at the house doesn't even phase Lois until Meg tells her that there are no more paper towels... Lois snaps and runs down the street.
