Alisha Yellow & Scott Blue are two characters in a cutaway gag set up by Stewie in "Quagmire's Quagmire".
When he hopes that Rupert will take their breakup better than blue & yellow, Blue is shown returning their green kids home slightly late from a visitation. When they pause in their bickering to wonder what happened to them, a black comes out of the house and wonders if Alisha wants to get some barbeque.
