Amber is Brian's carny girlfriend from "Carny Knowledge", whom he meets at the Quahog Fall Festival. Brian is uncertain how old she is, saying she's either 27 or 61.
The two initially hit it off due to their shared love of sex. Brian is particularly excited about this, knowing Amber will only be around for three days and will give him nonstop good sex in that time. However, Amber breaks up with him, unknowingly bruising his ego. Brian returns to the carnival to get her back, albeit only so he can break up with her, and she accepts. Just before Brian can call off their relationship, he is scared into staying with her by her fearsome uncle and ex-boyfriend, Uncle Earl.
It is not known what happens immediately after this, but the end of the episode hints at a "rough week" that followed.
