Bill Lumbergh is a character from the cult movie Office Space. Played by Gary Cole he is known to micromanage and often asks his employees, to come in to work on Saturdays. He is obsessed with making sure all the office's paperwork (such as TPS reports) is done perfectly, no matter how pointless it may be. The type of boss you just want to shoot.
He makes an appearance in the episode, The Father, the Son, and the Holy Fonz. Near the beginning of the episode he is summoned by Peter to tell Lois, "Yeah ... I'm gonna need you to go ahead and not complain about this. And if you could go ahead and sit at the kids' table, that'd be great."
