Bill Ratner (born February 25, 1947) is an American voice actor. He is best known for being the voice of G.I. Joe 's Flint. He is the movie trailer voice for many of the Frat Pack films.
He reprised the role of Flint in the episode "North by North Quahog", advising Chris Griffin and the students of Buddy Cianci Junior High School not to drink. He also reprises the role for Robot Chicken shorts.
