William Richard "Billy" West (born April 16, 1952) is an American voice actor, singer and comedian best known for his voice-work in a number of television shows, films and commercials. Among the hundreds of other voice performances, his roles on Futurama of Philip J. Fry, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg and Zapp Brannigan are considered standouts.
