Bobby Stallings is a friend of Stewie Griffin. He invites Stewie to his birthday party in "Quagmire's Baby". Stewie sends Bitch-Stewie in his place where he does poorly at pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey. His mother is Janet Stallings.
