Plot:
The guys get excited when they learn of a new combination laundromat and bar and decide to visit as a group. But when Quagmire and Peter accidentally trade a pair of each other's underwear, they pick up the other's respective habits. Lois enjoys Peter's new libido, but Brian is less thrilled with his new attitude, while Quagmire reports an issue with a giant chicken. Joe figures out the issue is the swapped underwear, which makes things awkward between the pair, while it amuses everyone else. Quagmire considers moving from the shame, but his and Peter's friendship is too strong for them to break up.
Meanwhile, Lois gives Stewie a stuffed monkey and he finds his relationship with Rupert difficult. While chatting with Doug, he finds that he also has a similar issue and they agree to kill each other's problem so they can't be traced back to themselves. Doug completes his 'murder' as agreed, but Stewie discovers that his end of the bargain involves killing a real cat. When Doug threatens the out him as a welcher, Stewie asks Brian for his help, who agrees but things don't go as planned and he ends up shredded. Later, Stewie discovers the cat is dead, but his picture is taken by Doug with the intent of framing him for the murder, which may or may not have been done by Doug himself. As Stewie gives pursuit to get the photo back, they run into Tyler outside who insults Doug and is revealed to be the latter's own annoying rival.
