Elmer Earl "Butch" Hartman IV (born January 10, 1965) is an American animator, executive producer, animation director, storyboard artist, producer known for his work on The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, and T.U.F.F. Puppy. He is a close friend of Seth MacFarlane's.
He provided the voice of Mr. Weed in the television pitch pilot and also does voices on American Dad!. His birth name is the inspiration for recurring Family Guy character Dr. Elmer Hartman.
