Help me find a character!![]
I'm trying to think of a character (possibly an animal) that I really really hope someone can help me with! It's a character, I believe an animal that laughs "ha ha ha...ho ho ho... Hey hey hey.."- or something along those lines while doing a dance on screen. He dances side to side, sort of With his thumbs! It's like a 15 second bit at most, although hilarious. I thought it might be a koala bear, but I can't find it. PLEASE HELP!!

I took a look, and I don't think it's him. Im fairly it's the same voice/laugh as the studio ostrich; however, this seen/laugh is longer
Is this category for one-time appearances and those that are also recurring, minor characters, like Doug the jock? Because until I saw Doug listed, I thought it was just for the former. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible (talk) 23:21, July 16, 2016 (UTC)
I haven't set any hard guidelines, but it is mostly for characters with less than 30 minutes of screen time. Family Guy doesn't employ as many recurring background characters as American Dad!. --Buckimion (talk) 23:25, July 16, 2016 (UTC)
