The Chez Lounge is where Brian and Stewie try to help Meg on her date with Kevin Swanson by taking over for all of the staff in "Stand By Meg".
However, they didn't plan on a large crowd of dining reviewers having reservations. As they try to stall them with crayons and eventually serve them 'chicken sushi,' Meg's date turns out to be a bust but actually a success for her personally as she got to dump 'psycho' Kevin.
