Clark is a minor character in a cutaway gag set up by Stewie in "First Blood".
When Stewie considers getting his period a right of passage, like an Italian baptism, a baby is shown getting baptized accompanied with Italian stereotypes, one of which is getting angry with his sister's new boyfriend. When the sister introduces her new boyfriend Clark, the baby joins the other brothers in protesting.
