Cleveland from South Carolina was a white slave trader. He introduced himself to Nate Griffin in "Untitled Griffin Family History" as only "Cleveland". He speaks in the same slow pattern as Cleveland Brown. When he showed up to capture Nate Griffin, Nate asked him if he wanted to be equals.
