Cream Queen is an ice cream parlor where Meg, in her internet fame as #FridgeBodMeg, makes an appearance in "Girl, Internetted".
When she becomes famous on the internet for eating anything, the Cream Queen pays her to simply show up in the hopes of attracting her millions of followers. But as she starts her presentation, she collapses into a diabetic coma.
