David Wooderson is a fictional character from the film Dazed and Confused, played by Matthew McConaughey. Wooderson is a stoner who hasn't gotten on with his life after high school.
Brian imitates Wooderson in a cutaway gag as he hangs around in an attempt to pick up high school girls in "8 Simple Rules for Buying My Teenage Daughter".
