"Do You Kazoo" is sung by The Turtlenecks on their children's television show after Lois changes the channel when she disapproves of Stewie watching an extended cut of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Stewie complains to Brian about the song and children's singers in particular for not focusing on real baby issues, instead of singing a phrase and repeating it back or turning it into a question.
