Dominick's is a restaurant that Peter and Lois visit on a night out in "Nanny Goats".
When their apparent waiter Steve's administrations in attending to placing a napkin arouse suspicions in Peter, he admits he doesn't work there and takes off. When Peter and Lois start to have a good time in each other's company, Peter takes a sip of the "wine" Steve left and stops Lois from drinking it, noting that it is probably Steve's pee as he is escorted out by police.
