"Don't Go Breakin' My Heart" was a song written by Elton John and Bernie Taupin. It was originally sung as a duet between the former and Kiki Dee.
Peter Griffin and Rich Little, the latter posing as the ghost of Ronald Reagan via a ham radio, sing it in the Quahog Cantina karaoke bar in "Quagmire's Baby". Whenever Peter turns the microphone over to the ham radio, there is an enormous amount of feedback that makes it hard on the audience's ears.
Lyrics[]

- Rich Little (as Reagan):
- I couldn't if I tried.
- Peter:
- Oh, honey, if I get restless.
- Rich Little (as Reagan):
- Baby, you're not that guy.
- Peter:
- Don't go breakin' my heart.
- Rich Little (as Reagan):
- You take the weight off of me.
- Peter:
- Oh, honey, when I knock on your door.
- Rich Little (as Reagan):
- Ooh, I'd give you my key.
