Douchebags was a television show that aired on the now-defunct PTV. It was only aired on the DVD version of the episode. It is a parody of Jackass. Only one episode aired. In it, the guys dared Peter to defecate from various places, including a freeway overpass much to Lois' and Stewie's horror as they traveled beneath.
