ESPN is an American multinational basic cable sports channel owned by ESPN Inc., owned jointly by The Walt Disney Company and Hearst Communications.
The September 12, 2005 issue of ESPN the Magazine cover featured Family Guy characters Peter and Stewie, with strong influences from "Patriot Games". The magazine itself contains no Family Guy content.
ESPN featured a clip of Peter scoring for the New England Patriots from "Patriot Games" in a commercial for the 2020-2021 NFL playoffs.[1]
When Wild West sees a trail of black hair dye on the floor of an ESPN Zone in "A 'Stache from the Past", he believes it could lead them to Tom Selleck, Papa John or Rudy Giuliani. In the same episode, one of the flea market announcers worked a Magic: The Gathering tournament for ESPN as well.
