Elliot is a fat kid discovered to have been killed at Camp Fresh Start in "Killer Queen". When one body is first discovered in the woods, Joe Swanson's investigation reveals he had been strangled which makes Peter believe the culprit is Lois' brother Patrick Pewterschmidt who is enlisted to help with the case. When Elliot turns up dead, Patrick realizes the target is really Chris Griffin.
