Sir Elton Hercules John CH CBE (born Reginald Kenneth Dwight; 25 March 1947) is an English singer, songwriter, pianist and composer.
Elton John's music appears in the following episodes:
- "Rocket Man" - "And the Wiener is..." as sung by Stewie Griffin
- "I Guess That's Why They Call it The Blues" - "No Meals on Wheels"

One of Steve Buscemi's teeth leave to go to the Elton John party in "Road to Germany".
During Stewie's space fantasy in "Brian Griffin's House of Payne", he is heard reciting several lines from Elton John's "Rocket Man".
All of the "manly" names mentioned by Stewie, Brian and Chris in "Cop and a Half-Wit" including Elton John have publicly confirmed being homosexual.
Stewie tells his version of Elton John in "Rock Hard", performing in the role as Brian takes the role of Elton's songwriter, Bernie Taupin. While taking a look at Elton's current appearance, they can help but to make a few snide comments, but decide to turn their attention to insulting Sean Hannity instead.
