Emma is a nurse at the Quahog Veterinary Clinic, whom Brian harbors a crush on.
In "Faith No More", Emma is responsible for installing Brian's new tracking chip, and quickly turns him on given the various unflattering aspects of her life that appeal to his dog instincts. However, she unknowingly turns Brian off when she admits to being an Evangelical Christian, and he ultimately decides to leave after learning that she won't sleep with him out of wedlock.
