First time here?
Welcome to the Family Guy Wiki! With help from fans like you, we strive to become the most comprehensive source of Family Guy information available. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Encyclopedic detailing of characters, places and notable items.
- Episode Guides for every episode.
- Inside jokes, hidden references, notes, quotes and production errors.
- Biographies of the creators, producers, and voice actors behind Family Guy.
- Family Guy news.
- Schedules for new episodes and re-runs.
Right, but what's a "wiki"?
FGWiki is different from other Family Guy fansites in that any fan can contribute. A wiki is a website where any visitor can add useful content to any page; Even Family Guy staff such as former director Zac Moncrief have joined the effort.
A wiki is a practical medium for documenting large volumes of information. Creating a Family Guy encyclopedia would be too great a task for a single person. But with hundreds of editors updating a wiki, it can easily become a robust knowledgebase in a short matter of time.
Getting Started
By choosing to register, you get a number of benefits that include your own user page, your own talk page, and the ability to keep a "watchlist" of pages and be notified when they are updated. Registering solidifies your place in the FGWiki community. After you have registered, just add your name to the List of Registered Members. For your first edit, consider experimenting in the FGWiki Sandbox.
Now What?
Become a regular editor! If you can think it, you can have it up on FGWiki as quickly as you can type. Because wikis don't require the use of messy HTML, editing pages is quick, easy, and fun. You have the Family Guy knowledge; why not share it? Create an account and make your mark on the FGWiki community.
