The Family Planning Center is where Lois Griffin planned to have an abortion of her friends Naomi & Dale Robinson's embryo in Partial Terms of Endearment. Prior to their death by car crash, Naomi and Dale had asked Lois to be a surrogate mother, and she accepted the offer. When Lois's husband Peter steps outside while Lois starts to have her abortion, Peter is shown a video Abortion Madness by anti-abortion activists outside the clinic. Peter quickly changes his mind about Lois having the abortion and drags her out of the clinic. As the abortion did end up happening, it is unknown if Lois returned here to have it.
