Mrs. West is the mother of Mayor Adam West.
In "Baby, You Knock Me Out", he invites the town to a party at his house when he believes his parents are out of town. When they arrive, he quickly cancels the party and dashes off.
When Meg texts Mayor West a picture of a broach she stole from Mrs. Parkers in "The Heartbreak Dog", he admires it until his mother steps in to know if he has finished his "Mayor homework." He rolls his eyes and corrects her, identifying it as a "bill."
Mrs. West is voiced by Katharine Ross.
