Jerry is a tow truck driver that picks up Brian's Prius in "The Heartbreak Dog" after Joe discovers that he shared a kiss with Bonnie.
After explaining to Brian that he must have violated some code, Jerry calls over to verify Brian's identity, causing Joe to exasperatingly remind him that he was to read the text and not to acknowledge knowing Joe.
