Shonda Lynn Rhimes (born January 13, 1970) is an American television producer, screenwriter, and author, known for her work on Grey's Anatomy, its spin-off Private Practice, Scandal, How to Get Away with Murder, and The Catch.
Shonda and other celebrities confront Peter after he uncovers a conspiracy to keep Family Guy from winning an Emmy in "Emmy-Winning Episode". Shonda takes particular issue with white actors voicing minorities, eliciting an expression of shock from Consuela.
Shonda is voiced by Frances Callier, an African American actress despite claims to the contrary.
