Eleanor Frances Callier (born May 17, 1969), better known as Frances Callier, is an American actress, producer, writer and comedian known for her work in According to Jim, My Name Is Earl, Frasier, Curb Your Enthusiasm, 3 Non-Blondes and The Cleveland Show as Cleveland's mother, Evelyn 'Cookie' Brown.
