Francis Wayne Sinatra [1](January 10, 1944 - March 16, 2016), professionally known as Frank Sinatra, Jr., was an American singer, songwriter and conductor. Frank Jr. is the son of famed musician and actor Frank Sinatra and Nancy Barbato, his father's first wife. He is the younger brother of singer and actress Nancy Sinatra, and the older brother of television producer Tina Sinatra.
Frank first appeared in "Brian Sings and Swings". After Brian Griffin's near-death experience, Frank gives him some words of wisdom before taking the stage at the Quahog Cabana Club. Brian and Frank start to sing together, and eventually Stewie Griffin joins them, forming the "New Rat Pack".
Frank made his second appearance in "Tales of a Third Grade Nothing". He and Brian purchase the Quahog Cabana Club. When business fails to improve, the two look to Stewie to bring in more customers. Stewie turns the club into a trendy Hollywood style night club called pLace that ultimately fails when Andy Dick shows up to party.
Frank makes his final, posthumous appearance in "Bookie of the Year" when he joins Stewie and Brian in opening an Italian restaurant, becoming the public "face" of the restaurant to draw in patrons.
Frank Sinatra, Jr. has performed the following six songs for Family Guy in addition to the show's theme song, many with Brian and Stewie: "Guys & Dolls", "Rhode Island", "Second Time Around", "Take Me Out to pLace Tonight", "When We Swing" and "At Frank Sinatra's Restaurant (Jr.)".
Sinatra, Jr. voiced himself in all appearances and contributed to the commentary in the first two episodes he appeared in.
As Peter is dying in the future of "Rich Old Stewie", he sees others who have already passed on from the show, including Frank, Jr.. Also, Brian incorrectly claims that Frank Sinatra Jr. died on former Vice President Spiro Agnew's birthday.
