Francis Albert "Frank" Sinatra (December 12, 1915 – May 14, 1998) was an American singer and actor. He is also the father of Frank Sinatra Jr..
Incidentally, an elderly couple who vocally trained Sinatra also vocally trained Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, who voices Sinatra.
