George Herbert Walker Bush (June 12, 1924 – November 30, 2018) was the 41st President of the United States (1989–1993). He was also Ronald Reagan's Vice President (1981–1989), a congressman, an ambassador, and Director of Central Intelligence.

Bush is the father of George W. Bush, the 43rd President of the United States, and Jeb Bush, former Governor of Florida. He was the last president to have been a World War II veteran.

In "Excellence in Broadcasting", George W. Bush is shown to act like a child when he sees Rush Limbaugh. The extended DVD cut of the episode shows his father, George H. W. Bush complaining about needing to change his Spider-Man sheets after Limbaugh gives him candy.

When Donald Trump tries to defend his sexual proclivities in "Trump Guy", he notes that every other President has done the same, leading to a portrait of George complaining of a headache to Barbara Bush and planning to work late.
