Gloria Ironbachs is a lawyer who teaches sensitivity in the workplace classes for chauvanistic males. She is called to The Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory by owner Jonathan Weed after Peter Griffin tells a crude joke to a female co-worker. She also leads retreats for women and one time had her breasts squeezed by Peter while honking. She also was beaten up by Lois when she made fun of Lois's family. She is voiced by Candice Bergen and appeared in "I Am Peter, Hear Me Roar". She is believed to be a lesbian.
The character itself is a parody of feminist lawyer, Gloria Allred. Ironbox was also the nickname of a woman who went to the same college as Daniel Palladino, one of Family Guy's producers. Chris Sheridan said that they (his friends) called the girl Ironbox, because she would not sleep with any of the guys. To this day, Chris Sheridan denies ever calling her this, although his friends did.
