Holden is an old friend from Peter's youth that he sees in a flashback to his past in "Don't Be a Dickens At Christmas". When he is amazed that Holden could still talk at this time, Holden has his own vision of needing to use the restroom really bad at an airport. A little girl's chants encouraging those inside to "hold it in" cause Holden to have a seizure back in Peter's flashback as he notes that he died before Game of Thrones aired.
