Horton is the elephant from the Dr. Seuss books, Horton Hatches the Egg, Horton Hears a Who!, and the movie of the same name.
Horton appeared in "Love, Blactually" in Stewie's book, Horton Hears Domestic Violence in the Next Apartment and Doesn't Call 911.
In "Back to the Pilot", Stewie finds some of his old books which included Horton Hears a Suicide.
