In One if by Clam, Two if by Sea, Laurie provides the voice of the bar patron who explains to Peter how Cricket is played. He does not voice Nigel Pinchley. He also appeared in the episode Business Guy, where he informs the family of Carter Pewterschimdt's condition. His appearance in the comedy series "Family Guy" is true to form, as Laurie enjoyed a successful career as an actor in his native England before being cast as Dr. Gregory House in the popular US show.
