- Peter strums a guitar with his left hand when he sings "Cowboy Butt Sex". By the nature of animation, most cartoon characters are naturally left-handed, but Peter strums with his right hand at other times including "Rock Lobster", "Iraq Lobster" and "A Lot of Tubes".
- Live-action footage of Ashley Ferl, the girl who cried during Sanjaya Malakar's performance on American Idol, is shown during the applause after the debate with Lois and Mayor West.[2]

- Peter recalls the time he and the family vacationed with the mountain climber from the 'Cliffhangers' game on The Price is Right while Cleveland went to "Plinko". However, on the actual show, the mountain goes up to 25, and the Griffins are shown falling off after 17.
- In the Amadeus parody scene, Brian has all of his fur back despite having lost the majority of it in the lake with the rest of the family. He is shown with a powdered wig like everyone else, however.
- Stewie reminds Brian of "How many years" they should've gone berry picking, although Stewie remains only 1 year old.
- In the censored version, when the Griffin family wear the white wigs and Stewie plays the piano, when he farts he is wearing a diaper. Uncensored, it's his bare buttocks.
- At the beginning of the episode, the uncut version shows that the driveway to Quagmire’s Cabin is shaped like a penis.
