Jabberjaw was an animated series that aired on ABC Saturday mornings in 1976, and continued in reruns until 1978, and also appeared in various other Hanna-Barbera properties. The title character, a shark, was created to take advantage of media attention to Jaws, and followed the same format of teenagers involved in solving mysteries such as Scooby-Doo and Josie and the Pussycats.
In "Lawyer Guy", Peter reveals his greatest desire is to meet Jabberjaw. When a lawyer, Brick Baker, tries to take his place with his friends, he takes them to a theme park where they are pictured meeting with Jabberjaw.
