Jane is a girl from Lois Griffin's yoga class. Lois wanted her to meet her dog Brian in "Love, Blactually" at the Griffins costume party. She was dressed as a murdered fetus at the Griffin's costume party. Her personality is opposite of Brian's, and thus the relationship ended when it began.
