Jeff Cesario (Born March 30, 1953) is an actor, comedian, producer and writer, known for his work on Dennis Miller Live, The Larry Sanders Show, The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and Comedy Central Presents.
Jeff provides the voice over during the poker tournament gag in "Start Me Up".
