Jeffrey is a morbidly obese child who went to Camp Putdownadaforka. In "Lois Kills Stewie", Lois Griffin, his camp counselor, stops him from eating a fellow camper. Due to most of this and most of the previous episode being a simulation, it is unknown if he or the camp actually exist.
