John F. Kennedy (May 29, 1917 - November 22, 1963), commonly known by his initials JFK, was an American politician from Massachusetts that served as the 35th president of the United States of America from 1961 to 1963. Kennedy won the 1960 U.S Presidential Election for the Democratic Party and became the youngest president to be elected. On November 22, 1963, Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas while greeting people in his car by Lee Harvey Oswald. Kennedy ranks highly in polls of U.S. presidents with historians and the general public for being the best U.S President.

In "A Hero Sits Next Door", while the police is shooting at the bank, a kid comes out of a store nearby holding a PEZ dispenser resembling Kennedy that gets shot by the police. The kid then adds that at least he still has his Robert "Bobby" Kennedy PEZ dispenser, referencing JFK's brother that was also assassinated in 1968. Seth MacFarlane said in an 2012 interview that he regretted doing the joke and that it was "something i would probably not do now."

In "Brian the Bachelor", when Stewie swats the spoon away from his face and notes that the pilot was probably JFK Jr., JFK's son, who died while piloting a plane.

In "Sibling Rivalry", Lee Harvey Oswald is at the Texas School Book Depository when he notices there is a man in the crowd below with a gun aimed at Kennedy on the grassy knoll. Oswald loads his sniper rifle and says he will become an American hero for saving Kennedy.

Peter tries to cheer Jake Tucker up in "Mother Tucker", by saying that the Kennedys also had a kid like Jake, a reference to JFK's youngest son, Patrick Bouvier Kennedy who died two days old by hyaline membrane disease.

In "Road to the Multiverse", Mayor McCheese appears as the President of the United States in a reality where Frank Sinatra had never been born to influence John F. Kennedy's election. Richard Nixon then botches the Cuban Missile Crisis plunging the Earth into World War III. Mayor McCheese is then the one who was shot by Lee Harvey Oswald with his wife Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who was JFK's in-real-life wife.

In a cutaway gag in "Save the Clam", on November 23, 1963 the secret service decides to move on from the assassination and makes a calendar marking down the days since Kennedy was killed, with one secret service worker still having blood on his clothes.

In a cutaway gag showing a Kennedy family reunion in "Herpe, the Love Sore", only one person is present noting that the rest died, before getting shot, referencing the death of JFK, RFK and JFK Jr.
