Karen is Peter's "MILF-on-a-shelf" that causes his death in the future in "Don't Be a Dickens At Christmas". Her long cigarette coals ignite his dried-out Christmas tree after his family leaves him alone at Christmas because he refused to visit Lois' parents in Newport, Rhode Island.
