Plot:
After noticing how heavily edited Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is, Brian discovers that this was the work of Lois' activist group, Moms Invested in Literary Fixing (M.I.L.F), who intend to protect the local kids' innocence by altering any and all children's books they deem problematic. Brian leads the charge against this and is discovered by a media scout, but is shocked to discover that he works for the Fox News Channel. Sean Hannity ends up twisting Brian's words to fit a completely different agenda, but the interview nets him some new publicity, in the form of Faster Than the Speed of Love reemerging on shelves and becoming a bestseller among right-wingers. Brian prepares to read an excerpt at a MAGA conference, where protestors from both sides realize how poorly written his work is and agree to only ban that particular book.
Meanwhile, Peter and the guys get blackout drunk and end up marrying each other on two consecutive nights. Peter declares that they need to quit alcohol altogether, as it always leads to them doing dumb things. The guys adjust to their new sober lives through various activities, but soon discover that without booze in the equation, they have nothing in common and decide to break off their friendship. Peter becomes obsessed with hydration and spends more quality time with Lois to compensate, but she grows annoyed and calls for a family intervention to make him drink again. Peter tearfully agrees and is greeted by his old friends.
