Romancing Stone

Mary Kathleen Turner (born June 19, 1954), better known as Kathleen Turner, is an American actress. She came to fame during the 1980s, after roles in the Hollywood films Body Heat, Serial Mom, Romancing the Stone, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Prizzi's Honor.

In "Barely Legal", Mayor Adam West watches Romancing the Stone and, believing her character, Joan Wilder, has gone missing sends the Quahog police to Cartagena on a rescue mission.

While stopping at Goldman's Pharmacy in "8 Simple Rules for Buying My Teenage Daughter", Peter Griffin parodies an Excedrin commercial and buys several copies of Marie Claire, only to be disappointed by her physical appearance.

When Joe bails out on Peter and Quagmire during their occupation of The Drunken Clam in "Save the Clam", Peter assures Quagmire that he'll forgive Joe just like Kathleen Turner's mirror forgave her. A cutaway has her apologizing to her shattered mirror for being right about her.

Turner provides the voice of herself disguised as Peter in "Foxx in the Men House" when she tries to steal a stromboli from his refrigerator.
