Kenneth is the bad-ass mail clerk with a heart of gold that works at the Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory. In "Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington", after he threatens Peter, Peter comments on him being such a bad-ass until another employee remarks that Kenneth is actually very charitable.
