King of Denmark Griffin is Peter's 14th century ancestor in "Secondhand Spoke".
When Peter figures out he can get extra breaks for smoking, he declares himself above the law like his ancestor. A cutaway gag shows him celebrating with a feast at a giant table still in the process of being enlarged until he starts to have a heart attack. The nearest doctor is located at the far end of the table and cannot get to him in time. The scene shift to a modern-day Danish storyteller explaining to a group of children that the incident is the reason why the Danes have such small tables.
