Kyle is a bully that appeared in The The Tan Aquatic with Steve Zissou. Kyle takes Chris's job as the newspaper boy and puts Chris out of business. Afterwards, Chris learns that his best customer, Herbert, has made Kyle his new paper boy. Chris decides to confront them both, but ends up getting pushed over by Kyle, subsequently returning home in tears, much to Peter and Lois' concern. Peter goes to talk with Kyle, who though makes fun of him over and over. Unable to handle his anger toward Kyle, Peter then beats him up aggressively, leaving Kyle bleeding and bruised, later Lois demands that he apologize to his family and Kyle forgives him telling him he would've done the same thing in that situation, this leads Peter into becoming a bully himself.
TRIVIA
When Peter first goes to talk to Kyle, Peter never mentions his first name, but Kyle still calls him Peter when making fun of him. ( This may mean that Kyle knew Chris or the Griffins before this episode occurred)
He is apparently 13 which meant Chris was most likely 13 in this episode but he is much shorter than the other teenage characters and has a high pitched voice which probably means he hasn't reached puberty yet.
He has never appeared in any other episodes
His house can be seen from a distance from outside the Griffin's door
