Larry is a self-loathing idiot in a cutaway gag set up by Stewie in "Cop and a Half-Wit". When Stewie vows to be bad news for the opposing football players, he notes that nobody likes bad news, except for Larry, the self-loathing idiot. When Larry is told he only has three months to live, he can only giggle.
